Greenwich Police Arrest Man For Leaving Scene Of Crash

Police nabbed a Westchester man for leaving the scene of a traffic crash on East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich.

Daniel Serpa-Goncalves de Silveira, 41, of Port Chester, turned himself into police on Sunday for leaving the scene of an accident on Feb. 4, police said.

He was charged with evading responsibility and ticketed for following too closely.

Daniel Serpa-Goncalves de Silveira was released on a $1,000 bond.
